On March 18, 2012 the Aviv and Mayim dancers will be holding the second annual talent competition, Edmonton’s Got Talent! The event is a fundraiser for the Israeli Dance programs and is also a great platform to help foster young talent in our local community.
This year, there will be 35 acts comprising 53 performers, ranging in age from 6 to 18. Come see for yourself and bring your family and friends. There will be two parts to the show: Senior Category (ages 13 to 18) from 1 to 3pm and the Junior Category (ages 6 to 12) from 3 to 5pm. Tickets will be sold at the door ($10 for adults, $7 for kids). The contest judges include Sean Sonego (local singer/songwriter), Steffni Ault (General Manager of Edmonton Musical Theatre) and Myrna Lecky (Lecky School of Dance). |
